Are you a skilled inbound marketing strategist with a passion for driving results and delivering business impact outcomes? We are seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager to join our fast growing B2B SaaS software company and lead our inbound marketing efforts. This role is critical in shaping our brand’s online presence, engaging our target audience, and driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals and brand.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand specific areas of interest, ensuring our content and insights hit them.
- Create a content calendar, liaising with our insights team to identify areas that resonate with our target audiences.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, creating engaging, research-led content across blogs, social media & webinars. Use Huq’s own data and researchers to create data-driven insights that prospect value.
- Develop our site, Huq.io into a stronger performing domain, attracting and converting visitors at scale, by developing our site content, and conversion. Manage the website and ensure that it is optimised for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to ensure that content is effectively targeting our audience and reaching its maximum potential.
- Analyse and report on content performance, making recommendations for content improvements, and identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that content is on-brand and aligned with marketing, product, and sales strategies.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of inbound marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Demonstrate the business impact of our inbound campaigns, using an attribution model to show the relationship between activity and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the technology or data industry.
- Strong writing and copy editing skills with experience crafting content for a variety of mediums.
- Working knowledge of SEO (technical SEO, content, digital PR, and outreach).
- Understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Experience managing websites and familiarity with conversion rate optimization through WordPress.
- Experience using email marketing tools, such as HubSpot or Active Campaign, to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and other marketing technology platforms (i.e., CRM, Wordpress, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, and Dripify).
- Demonstrable experience of devising research-led content strategies that engage, educate and motivate B2B audiences, delivering optimal ROI.
- Proven history of storytelling for a B2B company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to work independently, with strong self-accountability.
- Willingness to take on ad hoc projects and new challenges.
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS products for Government, Real estate, Retail, or Finance.

Location
We are located in Central London. You will be required to be onsite 3 days per week.
