Commercial real estate data report
·
United States
Listings and comps tell you about the building. Huq shows how many people visit it, where they come from, how far they travel and when it is busiest.

Up to 5 locations. No cost, no commitment.
We handle your details in line with the CCPA and applicable US state privacy laws.
Commercial real estate data usually means listings, sales comps, ownership and debt records. Huq is not a listings or transactions database. It is the location data layer that sits alongside them: weekly foot traffic, catchment and drive time, residents versus visitors and foot traffic density for any US property. Use it next to your existing sources to see how an asset actually performs before you buy, lease, lend against or value it.

This short video is an overview of the Huq platform. Watch how any property can be drawn or selected on the Explore map and how its foot traffic, catchment and density appear. For commercial real estate data, that is the layer to add next to listings and comps, exported as reports or delivered as data feeds to your own systems.

Commercial real estate data covers information about properties used for business: property details, listings, sales and lease comps, ownership, debt, rents, vacancy and absorption. Brokers, investors, lenders and appraisers combine these sources to price and underwrite assets.
Those sources describe the building and the deal. They say little about how the property is used. For retail and mixed-use assets, foot traffic and co-tenancy matter as much as the lease terms.
That is where Huq fits. It does not supply listings, comps or loan data. It measures visits to any address, residents versus visitors, catchment and drive time, dwell time and density, updated weekly. Geo-spend is available in selected markets. Work in the Explore map and Projects, export CSV, Excel or monthly PDF reports, or take Parquet or CSV data feeds into Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage.

03
How long people stay and how often they return, a sign of whether a property is a destination or a pass-through.

Compare foot traffic at your asset with nearby competing properties to see where it ranks in its market.

01
Weekly visit counts for the property over time. Year-over-year change shows whether traffic is building or fading, separate from seasonal swings.
02
The areas that send visitors to the property. A wide catchment supports leasing and valuation discussions; a narrow one flags reliance on local demand.
03
Foot traffic, dwell time and visit frequency at the asset set against a competing property, ready to drop into an investment committee pack.

Huq manually validates more than 1,000 locations in each of its 35 markets twice a year, and data refreshes weekly.

It depends on the trend. Listings, transactions and rent trends come from property databases and brokerage research teams. Foot traffic trends, showing whether visits to a property are rising or falling, come from location data providers such as Huq. Most teams combine both. Ask any provider how its data is validated and test it on an asset you know.
No. Huq is not a listings, transactions or property records database. It provides location data: foot traffic, residents versus visitors, catchment and drive time, dwell time and density at any address, with geo-spend in selected markets. Most teams use it alongside their existing commercial property data sources rather than instead of them.
For listings, comps and ownership, use property databases, public records and broker research. For foot traffic, Huq offers a self-serve platform with the Explore map and Projects, CSV and Excel exports and monthly PDF location reports. Technical teams can take data feeds: Parquet or CSV files delivered into Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage.
A foot traffic profile for one property you own, are underwriting or are leasing, plus its nearest competitor. It covers weekly visit trends, where visitors come from, dwell time and visit frequency, so you can see how the data fits your process.
Weekly. Each update adds to the trend, so you can track an asset's performance through a hold period, or compare it with the same weeks last year to separate a real change from seasonality.
Any address across the US, including properties you don't own and competitors' assets. No sensors, cameras or hardware are needed. Huq covers 35 markets and manually validates more than 1,000 locations in each twice a year, so you can compare US assets with holdings elsewhere on the same basis.
