Location analytics software
·
Measure and compare footfall, catchment and behaviour across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Weekly data. Exports, reports and data feeds.

Up to 5 locations. No cost, no commitment.
Huq is location analytics software for teams that measure sites across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Load one address or a full store list. Compare footfall trends, catchment and dwell time. Rank sites against regional and national benchmarks. Then export the results, share a monthly PDF report or take weekly data feeds. In Germany, Huq's best market, the MAPE is 13.5% against landlord-reported footfall.

Watch the overview with one question in mind: how fast can an analyst go from a site list to a result? Look at three steps. Measuring one site. Comparing many sites in a Project. Getting the numbers out as exports, reports or feeds. Good location analytics software keeps all three short.

Location analytics is the analysis of data linked to a place. It counts, compares and trends what happens at a site. Location intelligence is the wider practice of deciding where. Location analytics is the measuring work underneath.
In German-speaking markets the term is used loosely. Some tools count visitors inside one store with sensors. Some show where website users are. Market reports group all of these into one "location analytics market". Huq is different. It analyses observed footfall and visitor behaviour at any physical address, with no hardware on site.
Typical work for DACH teams: compare a store in Hamburg with one in Cologne. Check if a shopping centre in Graz is losing visitors on weekdays. Measure the effect of a refit, or of a new competitor on a shopping street. Results refresh weekly.
01
Footfall totals and trends for any DACH address, with average daily footfall and visiting vs passing traffic.
02
Compare each site with regional and national benchmarks, or with competitors' stores nearby.
03
How long people stay, how often they return, when they visit, and which other places they also visit.
04
CSV or Excel exports, monthly PDF reports, and weekly Parquet or CSV feeds for your data team.
Three steps, from a site list to a result you can share.

01
Choose a store or shopping centre. See weekly footfall, the trend and the change on last period. Check whether a dip is local or seen across the region.

02
Put every store in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in one Project. Sort by footfall change and see which sites lag their regional benchmark.

03
Download CSV or Excel per area or combined. Send the monthly PDF report. Or load weekly feeds into your data warehouse.
Step 1
Add up to five addresses in the form. Your own stores, candidate sites or competitors.
Step 2
Our team maps each location from observed visitor data.
Step 3
A short call to take you through what the data shows and what it means for you.
