DACH footfall data
·
Weekly footfall for any address in DACH, from shopping streets to shopping centres. Delivered as exports or data feeds.

Up to 5 locations. No cost, no commitment.
Huq provides footfall data for any address in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, refreshed weekly. In German this is often called Passantenfrequenz or Kundenfrequenz. You get visits by week, month and year, average daily footfall, visiting vs passing traffic, dwell time and visit frequency. Data teams take it as CSV or Excel exports, or as Parquet and CSV feeds into Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage. No sensors are needed.

The overview shows the whole platform. If you buy data, focus on two parts. First, the Explore map, where you set the area for each site: a block of a shopping street, a centre or a shape you draw. Second, the export options. The areas you save decide what goes into your files or weekly feed.

Footfall data shows how many people visit or pass a place over time. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland it often comes from laser or camera counters at store entrances, in shopping centres and on main shopping streets. These counters are precise for the place they watch.
Counters can't measure a competitor's store, a city centre you don't trade in, or a unit you plan to open. Huq needs no hardware. It covers any address in DACH, so you can compare all sites on one basis.
Buyers are often expansion teams, property researchers and data teams at retailers, landlords and investors. They want weekly numbers in their own models. City authorities use it too, to check whether a city centre programme changed footfall compared with similar cities. Huq publishes its accuracy by country: a 13.5% MAPE in Germany against landlord-reported footfall. Germany is Huq's best market, and the figure does not apply to Austria or Switzerland. Huq also has 800+ validated target areas across Europe.
