Huq's mobility data shows how people get to and use places across Australia and New Zealand. For a CBD precinct, a shopping centre, a strip of shops or a tourist town, you see foot traffic, residents versus visitors, transport mode, density and the postcodes visitors travel from. Data refreshes weekly. Analysts load Parquet or CSV feeds from Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage. Others use the map and Excel exports.

Where people drive long distances to shop, catchment matters most. In this overview, look for the catchment and travel-time layers on the Explore map, and for the heat maps of visiting and passing traffic. The data behind them can be exported or delivered weekly as a file for your analysts.

Mobility data describes how people travel and where they go. In Australia and New Zealand, the term is often used by transport agencies and planners for traffic and public transport. Huq does not provide road counts or transit data.
Huq's mobility data is about destinations. It shows foot traffic at a place, the split between residents and visitors, the transport modes people use to arrive, density across a precinct and catchment flows by postcode. Shopping centre owners use it to show reach to tenants. Local councils use it to follow CBD recovery and events, and to check whether precinct programmes are working against similar places. Tourism teams use the visitor and international visitation views.
Huq publishes accuracy as MAPE against landlord-reported footfall: 19.5% across published markets, against a 30% healthy threshold.
