Retail property data from Huq shows how a UK shopping centre, retail park or high street is performing, not what it's worth or who owns it. See weekly footfall, catchment by postcode, visitor demographics, dwell time and which tenants share shoppers, for your own assets and competing ones. Asset managers use it to report performance, leasing teams to pitch space and investors to test a purchase before they bid.

The overview introduces the Huq platform as a whole. For retail property, two parts matter most. The shopping centre and retail centre layers on the Explore map let you pick a scheme or draw around a parade. Projects then groups many assets, so a portfolio can be monitored and reported to stakeholders from one place.

Retail property data covers anything that helps value, let or manage shops, shopping centres and retail parks. In the UK that includes rents and yields, vacancy rates, ownership and tenant schedules, alongside performance measures such as footfall and catchment.
Huq focuses on performance. For any UK retail asset it measures footfall by week, month and year, visiting vs passing traffic, where visitors live, who they are by age, gender and purchasing power, how long they stay and which tenants they share. Geo-spend, spend by volume and category via Experian, is also available. It doesn't cover rents, yields or ownership.
Accuracy is checked against landlord-reported footfall, the figure centre owners already use: an 18.7% MAPE in Great Britain. Monthly PDF location reports then benchmark each asset against regional and national trends.

Broadly, two things: market data such as rents, yields, vacancy and ownership, and performance data such as footfall, catchment, dwell and tenant overlap. Huq provides the performance side for any UK shopping centre, retail park or high street, refreshed weekly.
Compare its weekly footfall with nearby schemes, the town centre and regional and national trends. Huq's monthly PDF reports show an asset against regional and national benchmarks, and the Explore map lets you draw any competing scheme and measure it the same way.
Yes. Huq works without counters, sensors or cameras, so you can measure competing schemes or an asset you're thinking of buying. Investors use this to check how a centre or retail park performs before they bid, and landlords use it to benchmark against rivals.
Any address in the UK: shopping centres, retail parks, outlet centres, high streets, single units and sites not yet open. The Explore map includes shopping centre and retail centre layers, or you can draw your own boundary around any scheme or parade.
Yes, data refreshes weekly. You can report by week, month or year, export CSV or Excel files per asset or combined, receive monthly PDF location reports, or take data feeds as Parquet and CSV files into Amazon S3 or Google Cloud Storage buckets.
List the schemes or retail parks you want to look at and Huq will prepare a free analysis of your sites, covering footfall, catchment and tenant overlap. It's a quick way to see how your assets compare before you decide how to use the data.
