Visits, catchment, dwell, cross-visitation and tenant evidence for any UK shopping centre, refreshed weekly. No sensors to install.

Up to 5 locations. No cost, no commitment.
We handle your details in line with UK GDPR.
Mall analytics gives UK shopping centre owners, asset managers and investors one view of how a centre performs: visits, catchment, dwell time, and how visitors move between the centre, its tenants and rival destinations. Huq covers any UK centre, including ones you are thinking of buying. Use it to shape tenant mix, support leasing and test an acquisition before you commit.

The overview shows the platform in general. For a shopping centre portfolio, note the map layers for brand locations and industries, which is where tenant mix work starts, and Projects, which would hold every centre you own or are bidding for. Picture your own centres and a shortlist of prospective tenants as you watch.

Mall analytics is the use of visit and location data to run and value shopping centres. In the UK the term mostly means shopping centre analytics: the evidence asset managers use to set tenant mix, price leases, plan marketing and report to investors.
The questions are practical. Which brands would draw new visitors from the catchment? Which tenants share an audience? Is the centre losing visitors to a retail park or a rival centre nearby? Is a centre that's up for sale performing as the seller says?
Huq answers these with centre-level data: footfall, catchment by postcode, dwell time, dayparts, demographics and cross-visitation, plus brand analysis showing how prospective tenants perform elsewhere. It does not use in-centre corridor sensors or count people by entrance, so it works for any centre, including those you don't own.
01
Brand analysis shows how prospective tenants perform in other locations before you sign a lease.
02
Postcode catchment and drive time show who the centre reaches and which nearby areas it misses.
03
See shared visitors between the centre, rival centres and tenants' other stores, across up to 10 location pairs.
04
Check a centre's visit trends and catchment against its competitors before you buy.
Three views asset managers use to make decisions about a centre.

01
Brand location and industry layers show how a prospective tenant's other stores perform, giving leasing teams evidence beyond the tenant's own pitch.

02
Catchment, demographics and travel time show where visitors come from and where marketing or new tenants could pull in more.

03
Projects hold every centre you own or manage, with weekly trends and status tracking for investor reporting.
Huq covers any address in the UK: high streets, shopping centres, retail parks, competitors' stores and sites you haven't opened yet. No counters, sensors or cameras needed.
Huq manually validates more than 1,000 locations in each of its 35 markets twice a year, and data refreshes weekly.
Step 1
Add up to five addresses in the form. Your own stores, candidate sites or competitors.
Step 2
Our team maps each location from observed visitor data.
Step 3
A short call to take you through what the data shows and what it means for you.

Shopping mall analytics, usually called shopping centre analytics in the UK, uses visit and location data to manage and value centres. It covers footfall, catchment, dwell time, visitor profiles and how visitors move between the centre and other places. Asset managers use it for leasing, tenant mix and investor reporting.
Start with the catchment: who lives nearby and who already visits. Then look at brand analysis to see how a prospective tenant performs in other locations, and cross-visitation to see which brands share your visitors. Together these show which tenants would add new visits rather than split existing ones.
Yes. Huq works on any UK address and needs no access to the site, so you can analyse competing centres or a centre you're thinking of buying. Investors use this to check visit trends and catchment against the seller's figures before committing.
Footfall counts tell you how many people came. Mall analytics asks what that means for the asset: which tenants would add visits, whose visitors you share and which postcodes you miss. Huq covers both at centre level. It is not an in-centre sensor system and does not count by corridor or entrance.
Data refreshes weekly. Huq covers any address in the UK, including shopping centres, retail parks and high streets, and uses the same method across 35 markets. UK locations can also include demographics, and geo-spend data via Experian.
Use the form on this page to list the centres you own, manage or are looking at. Huq's team runs a free analysis of visits, catchment and dwell for those centres, with competitors if you want them, and walks you through what stands out.
