Benelux footfall analytics
·
Benchmark stores, shopping streets and shopping centres in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Dashboards and monthly reports.

Up to 5 locations. No cost, no commitment.
Huq's footfall analytics shows how any store, shopping street or shopping centre in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg is performing. Compare a site with nearby competitors and with regional and national trends. See peak hours, dwell time and how often people come back. Share a monthly PDF report with managers or tenants. Because there are no counters to install, you can analyse any site, owned or not.

The overview is a general tour. For a footfall report, keep in mind what the monthly PDF location report holds: KPIs, benchmarks, weekday patterns and dwell. Then look at the Explore map. You can draw a city centre in Belgium and one in the Netherlands and compare them on one measure, which fixed counters can't do.

Footfall analytics explains changes in visitor numbers. A footfall report then puts that on one page for managers, tenants or the municipality: trends, benchmarks, busy hours and how a site compares with others nearby.
Many Dutch and Belgian city centres run passer-by counts at fixed points, and many towns rely on them. They work well where they are installed. But they rarely let you compare a Dutch city centre with a Belgian one, or a store with its rival across the street. Huq covers any address, so every site is measured the same way. Municipalities can also test whether a city centre programme worked, comparing footfall and dwell before and after with similar towns.
Huq publishes its accuracy by country, as MAPE against landlord-reported footfall: 15.7% in the Netherlands and 17.0% in Belgium. It also has 800+ validated target areas across Europe, and its data refreshes weekly.
