London’s Roads More Congested Now Than Before Pandemic

London’s A-Roads are more congested now than they were before the pandemic, new data from Huq Industries shows.

‘The I Newspaper’ covers data from Huq Industries

In today’s ‘I’ Newspaper, research indicates that road traffic in the capital has increased 30%+ since January 2020, with Lambeth, Wandsworth and Islington among the worst hit. Increased delays are also present in other parts of the country, particularly the Midlands and South East.

As areas with a history of high dependence on public transport usage see commuters increasingly favour the use of cars the country’s increasingly constrained road networks will be able to hold up.
